IPDC ONLINE ENTRY FORM

  1. Payment must accompany entry & entry form
  2. Complete accurately and retain copy for your records
  3. All entries can be by sketch, drawing, painted image or digital image
  4. Images will be accepted on DVD or CD in jpeg format only (PC/Mac)
  5. Images should be no larger than 8.5"x11".  Any larger will not be accepted.
  6. First entry is $150.00
  7. Each subsequent entry is $100.00 (max 5)
  8. CPAA members receive a 25% discount on any amount of entries
  9. Entries MUST be received by September 1, 2010
